This packet explores how we can begin to attend to the systemic level of the challenges that are at the root of differences in power and privilege. This includes seeing what the systemic impacts are and what would need to change to radically transform how we function, collectively, to realign with life. In addition, the packet explores how we can approach creating systems, within the contexts which are within our sphere of influence, that are anchored behaviorally within everyone’s capacity and willingness. When we can do that, less is demanded of each of us to create conditions for moving towards the vision of beloved community. (104 pages)
