This packet contains three processes developed by Inbal (Miki’s sister) and one process developed by Miki. All of them are designed to support integration of NVC at a deeper level through engaging the body. They are primarily intended for use by people experienced in NVC who are applying and sharing it with others. The first is called “NVC Tree of Life” and is a visual format for introducing NVC. The second is called “BodyNVC” and is a process for exploring feelings and needs in the body, with instructions for several applications. The third is called “Self-Integration” which is a process for working with ourselves when we are pulled in different directions. The fourth and last is called “Gesture-Based NVC Activities” and includes many examples as a well as a methodology for developing more such activities for consciousness milestones.
