From Miki: ‘A P&P holding team meeting that was profoundly nourishing. the two themes we talked about: 1) the difficulty in owning our nonredundant gifts and natural authority when it so easily gets filtered through power over / hierarchy / structural power which it’s emphatically not, and how that can lead some of us to downplay our gifts and lead to minor disasters. it’s certainly happened to me… 2) seeing that part of our work is to bridge with the NVC certified trainers who see me totally merged with the DEI-B. somehow, to find a way to explain how what we are doing is fully consistent with NVC. and towards that end it looks like aurelia and i would propose to be in dialogue with allan rohlfs.
